NC State grad(1963). Commissioned a 2nd. Lt. (USAF) upon graduation. Served from 1963 until 1984, retiring as a major. Duties included USAF pilot and instructor in T-37 and T-38 jet aircraft. Fighter pilot in the F-100 Super Sabre. Viet Nam veteran (1971/1972). Back to school for an MBA and work in the College of Business, University of West Florida (Pensacola) from 1987 to 1996. Moved to Key West for two years and worked for Saint Leo University. Moved to Melbourne, Fl and now to Satellite Beach. Radio controlled model airplanes is now my hobby. Retirement is just great! My wife works and I do the shopping, cooking ,etc. What a deal! |

Lunch at Hamps with Donnie Spurrier and Larry Burkett enters my mind. Shaggin at Sonny's and the Pad - likewise at Stan and Jerry's. A thousand more memories fill my mind. What a magnificent time to be a teenager. Wow! |
