Lived in Greensboro for 2 years then moved back to Gastonia (why, I don't know) and went to work for Western Electric in Gastonia. Was displaced in 1975 and then went to work for BellSouth in 1980. Retired 1997. Also, worked part-time for Wal-Mart, Franklin Square, for 17 years. Retired from Wal-Mart last year. Lamar and I birdwatch and travel now. Thanks for the web site so we can keep in touch.

In October, 2018 visited the City of Rocks National Reserve near
Almo, Idaho. Lots of beautiful rocks to climb on if you're able.(:

Recently visited Marblehead Lighthouse (built 1821) at Bay Point, Ohio at the entrance of Sandusky Bay.

Placing American flag at the Audie Murphy Monument in Holtzwihr,
France where this brave American soldier earned the Congressional Medal of Honor on January 26, 1945. We made this excursion into the Colmar Pocket during our Rhine River Cruise.

We lost our little Rusty in August to liver disease. RIP our dear little friend.
